Summary

Like a snowflake, each poo has a wondrous uniqueness。 But what does it mean? What's Your Poo Telling You will help you figure it out。

Find out just how much you can learn from studying what's in the bowl: With universal appeal (everyone poops, after all), this witty, illustrated description of over two dozen dookies (each with a medical explanation written by a doctor) details what one can learn about health and well-being through your poo。 A floater? It's probably due to a buildup of gas。 Now think back on last night's dinner, a burrito perhaps?

• All the greatest hits are here: The Log Jam, The Glass Shard, The Deja Poo, The Hanging Chard。 the list goes on and on, so you'll learn about all of the variations and what they mean to your health
• Also includes sidebars, trivia, over 60 euphemisms for number 2, and unusual case histories that make this the ultimate bathroom reader
• With illustrations included, you'll get loads of facts about your health in a hilarious and entertaining book that finally gives poo the respect it deserves

Josh Richman and Dr。 Anish Sheth have written a tell-all tribute to poo that demystifies the inner working of the digestive tract and explains your health by what you see before you flush。

• Josh Richman has an MBA from Stanford University and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area
• Anish Sheth, M。D。, is a gastroenterologist in Princeton, New Jersey, and is affiliated with the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro
• A must-have gift for any bowel-movement obsessed loved one

A fun little book that will help improve your health。Here's some inverse thinking in relation to our food。 We think what's the best food to eat, which is great。 But how about adding some feedback mechanism? How about thinking, how do I make best poo? What food (or health condition) causes crappy crap? This book starts you on the path by explaining different types of poo and what it means。 A fun little book that will help improve your health。Here's some inverse thinking in relation to our food。 We think what's the best food to eat, which is great。 But how about adding some feedback mechanism? This is the kind of book you read in bits and pieces, not straight all the way through, and I finally finished it。 I saw this book with it's funny title and subject in the Hallmark store and I couldn't get it out of my mind。 I've been reading lots of books about nutrition, bloating, etc。 and I thought it could be valuable to understand more about the bodily function in question。 There is some valuable medical information in this book, and it is written in a short, easy to understand style, but u This is the kind of book you read in bits and pieces, not straight all the way through, and I finally finished it。 I saw this book with it's funny title and subject in the Hallmark store and I couldn't get it out of my mind。 I've been reading lots of books about nutrition, bloating, etc。 and I thought it could be valuable to understand more about the bodily function in question。 There is some valuable medical information in this book, and it is written in a short, easy to understand style, but unfortunately you have to read through some interesting and some disgusting other tidbits to get to it。 I found the synonyms for each entry to be kind of gross and unnecessary。 And many of the illustrations too。 Of course, I bet the authors have sold a lot more books by writing it in this style。 I have not seen this information elsewhere and I did find it useful。 。。。more

What's your poo tell you is a very well written and humorous approach to a not often spoken about topic。 This book has excellent information on medical reasons for each poo who know you might learn something。 For an all-around useful review of the medicine of poo, I definitely would recommend this book。 What's your poo tell you is a very well written and humorous approach to a not often spoken about topic。 This book has excellent information on medical reasons for each poo who know you might learn something。 For an all-around useful review of the medicine of poo, I definitely would recommend this book。 。。。more

I have to read whatever book is sitting around the house, even if it‘s a gag gift my daughter got for her bday。 It was kind of funny and kind of informative。 The line drawings made me queasy though。

I went into this bathroom stall at work the other day & saw that someone had (thoughtfully?) left this interesting reference book for anyone’s reading pleasure。Of course I had to open it。 There are illustrations & funny names for various types of bowel movements。 The health part actually seems helpful。 The rest is, well, toilet-esque humor。 I guess they tried to make it funny to get people to read it? Not sure if the illustrations help or more detract from the health info。3 stars mostly for the I went into this bathroom stall at work the other day & saw that someone had (thoughtfully?) left this interesting reference book for anyone’s reading pleasure。Of course I had to open it。 There are illustrations & funny names for various types of bowel movements。 The health part actually seems helpful。 The rest is, well, toilet-esque humor。 I guess they tried to make it funny to get people to read it? Saw this in the gift section of my local Target。 While the title is eye catching & gives a chuckle, the book actually takes a serious look at poop。 Not quite what I was expecting but I guess that’s why we read。

This is a very interesting book with a lot of cool facts and information about different bowel movements。 I actually took this book out of the bathroom to finish reading it。

Mykey

This book is for anyone who likes digestive humor with a bit of science。

Edifying and disgusting at the same time。 People! You need to drink water and eat fiber!Despite suggestions to the contrary, this would not make a good bathroom book -- because it will make you think of others taking a shit (an unpleasant thought)。

Entertaining and informative - I recommend it! It's great that they take a topic so taboo to talk about and address it head on with humor and factual information。 Only thing is, I don't think it ever really says what a normal poop looks like or should be。 It's important for us to talk to kids about this and remind them that when we eat more veggies and drink more water, while eating less grains, dairy and sugar, our pooping becomes more regular = healthier bodies。 Entertaining and informative - I recommend it! This book is full of crap。But seriously, for a fifteen minute read, there's some interesting "nuggets" (hee hee) of information to be found in here, not only about your health (which this book covers in a very basic fashion, don't come looking for answers to your health problems here), but random tidbits of info。。。 like the fact that our CIA has secretly collected dumps from visiting world leaders to covertly analyze their health。 In turn, our own U。S。 presidents will usually travel with their o This book is full of crap。But seriously, for a fifteen minute read, there's some interesting "nuggets" (hee hee) of information to be found in here, not only about your health (which this book covers in a very basic fashion, don't come looking for answers to your health problems here), but random tidbits of info。。。 like the fact that our CIA has secretly collected dumps from visiting world leaders to covertly analyze their health。 In turn, our own U。S。 presidents will usually travel with their own pooping facilities when visiting with other foreign leaders, to prevent them from doing to same thing。 Now that's some shit。All in all, a super quick, mildly amusing and vaguely informative little book, about a subject that is usually relegated to the land of toilet humor, but in fact tells us quite a bit about our bodies。 And really, in the end, if there's one common denominator that ties us all together as human beings - the great equalizer, if you will - it's poo。 。。。more

If you’re looking for Shakespeare。。。 you came to the wrong place。 Butt, I would consider this Shakespoop。Received this as a gag gift。 And you can read it in about ten minutes。 Basically just a quick reference if different poop styles。

This was a gag xmas gift from my sister。 It tells you a lot about our relationship。 But, it also says that I spend way too much time discussing and analyzing my poo。 Of course I actually read it。 It was informative and definitely geared to an audience of dudes。 I learned a lot about poo meanings and fun facts。 More importantly, I learned to curb my sharing of toilet exploits。
